I recently purchased the Stockholm theme on the ThemeForest website, but I am unable to locate my previously activated temporary website, as the binding cannot be removed. As a result, I am currently unable to use my purchased

My Stockholm theme I bought 9 month ago (it’s out of the support now) doesn’t work with PHP 8.1/8.2. I was told this issue should be fixed soon but nothing happened till then. There are 500 errors and the site is broken… could somebody tell me when this issue will be solved?

The theme is tested and it works well on PHP 8.1, the latest version of the theme is 9.6.1 and please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version.

I did as you advised, from the new account I bought a theme that I updated on the old site. Unfortunately, the site is completely broken, the stockholm child theme causes a fatal error on the site, without it the site lost its appearance. You can help?

Please check if you have updated both the theme and the Core plugin since it is necessary to update the Core plugin and all bundled plugins. As it is a bit hard to tell from here what fatal error as well as if you have the latest updated plugins and child theme best practice would be if you could send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this on your end.

Hi. My client has a Stockholm themed website made in 2017. Only works with PHP version 5.6. The client does not have login details for the Envato Market account to renew the license. Will buying a brand new Stockholm theme and installing it on a website with a new license break the built content?

Thanks for writing in!
Since you already have the theme installed, you should know that you can always access the latest theme files from the Envato Account. So if you do not have access, best practice would be to purchase the theme from a valid account and then you can update your current theme in use.

Hi,
I love the theme and am also a loyal customer for themes in the work environment. I also recommend themes from you to friends all the time.
However, I have a problem: In Germany, Google Fonts and Google services are controversial. Especially with the fonts you make yourself legally vulnerable. Where can I exclude the Googlefonts or the whole Google services? I have a child theme running, in which I have integrated my own font, also because it makes the loading times a little better.

Within our Stockholm theme we do have an option to disable Google Fonts, so please check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugins. You will find the options within Select Options > General > Disable Google Fonts.

The Stockholm Core plugin is messing up my website now after updating to PHP 8.0 although I have latest version of it. Is it compatible with PHP 8.0 and if it is what am I doing wrong then? If it is not, when are you planning to update to work with 8.0?
