Our Pearce theme comes with Elementor plugin, so the native import method comes with Elementor, and when you run import tool you will get Elementor content. However, you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well.
Do note that WPBakery plugin does not come along with the theme and you will need to build your own content with it if you intend to use WPBakery.

This specific setting is located under global theme options (Pearce Core Options>General>Page Background Color). You can also change the color just for some of your pages, if you want, under individual page settings.
