Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Do note that we do have Foton theme available with both WPBakery and Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site.
You could have both plugins activated, however we do not recommend that as well as your pages that were made with WPBakery will be visible on the frontend but you will not be able to edit them with Elementor. You can check our article about the differences here.

Hi! Is it possible to get rid of the drop shadow on the elements used in this theme?

Yes, all drop shadows are removable. Bear in mind that some of the shadows on images are part of the actual images, and once you replace them, your new images won’t have any shadows. As for the elements, the drop shadow has been added using CSS (the parameter is box-shadow), as an inherent part of the element style, and can, of course, be removed using CSS.

Hi. I have 2 issues. Mobile version of the Foton theme wont update. I tried clearing cache on wordpress, on my phone, on my hosting provider, installing plug in to clear cache. Following your recommendations etc. Im going crazy nothing works.

Also the mobile app loads extremely slow before its cached and I followed instructions on how to speed it up and nothing comes close to the speed of the demo page. Please help, loading this slow makes the theme useless.
Second issue is I paid for the theme 3 times and need a refund for 2 of those purchases. I had to reinstall wordpress and code wouldn’t work anymore since it had been activated already. Ended up paying again and I got charged but didn’t get a new code. Paid a 3rd time and finally got a new code. But I need a refund for the other 2 purchases since I am using one code on one domain only.
