Staff and guests are very warm and friendly. Smile a lot. I’ve had bad Mofongo and decent Mofongo. This skirt steak rendition is the best Mofongo I’ve had. Garlic BOMB!!!

My family and I were in Puerto Rico. And we were looking through google a restaurant to lunch. We couldn’t make it to the one we were going to because the street where is on were close for road works. And we saw Airelibre on the way so we turned back and decided to enter. What a gladly surprise. A nice atmosphere and even better food taste. Service its a little bit slow but something anyone can take. We ordered mofongo y trifongo full of steak and seafood. Super recommend it.

The food was incredibly tasty, I ordered a "Pollo empanado" with a side of mixed rice. Staff members were incredibly kind and engaging with us, they gave us their suggestions and must-haves. While the food did take a little to be made and delivered, the taste and staff compensated for it. Additonally, there was a very calm and relaxing vibe to the restaurant which is perfect after a long day at the beach. Very good experience overall and a very good taste of Puerto Rico.

Excellent food and good beverages with reasonable prices in a relaxed atmosphere, but super slow service. Food here was great. We had multiple appetizers - the fried chicken and pork chunks were to die for. Mofongos and the rest of the food was good as well. Service was unfortunately super slow, even by island standards. We spent 2.5 hours here for dinner, when it should have taken 1/2 the time. We had to resort to going to the bar to get things like missing silverware, napkins, etc.
